if this resonates, gabify was made for you
Somehow you hold all the spinning plates, but in doing so, you feel like you're losing your art and yourself in the process. You don't need someone to do things for you; you need a plan and systems to help carry the load so you can focus on what you do best.
My Mission: to help performing arts creatives and organizations turn even their
most ambitious ideas into reality, by seamlessly bridging infrastructure with imagination.
reset, harmonize, expand
you deserve solutions built for you,
your work, and how you actually create.
Not borrowed from a business playbook that was never designed with you in mind.
reset
We start by pausing, getting clearer on your ideas and next steps, and moving out of survival mode.
harmonize
Then we rebuild together. We design and implement practical structures built for how the work actually moves.
expand
When things are harmonized, we help you use this relief to lean further into your mission.
let's start messy.

we'll talk through where you're at,
and what's possible
a focused hour to pause,
take stock of what’s in front of you,
and get clear on your next move.

Gaby is a star. Not only is she a wonderful human who is a joy to be around, but she is also a hard worker, reliable, communicative, super smart, and always up for a challenge! She’s saved my life on multiple occasions.
Playwright, Composer & Lyricist
Gaby is always a kind, enthusiastic, and supportive presence in the rehearsal room and anyone would be foolish not to grab her for their project.
Writer & Performer
[Gaby’s] organization helps us all be able to think farther ahead and get stuff accomplished while also giving us the space to be flexible.
Music Director, Pianist & Electronic Music Designer
Gaby was an absolute delight to work with and a real asset to our production. She was super organised, personable and professional, and we really hope there’s another opportunity to work with her in the future.
Composer, Orchestrator, Music Director
it takes one to know one
I'm a multi-passionate artist, creative producer, and arts administrator with experience on both sides of the curtain.
I trained as a performer first, BA in Musical Theatre Performance from Marymount Manhattan College, and have spent 8+ years in the NYC performing arts ecosystem learning what it takes to make a show happen.
Then I went to the other side of the table: an MA in Arts Administration from Teachers College, Columbia University, with thesis research on nonprofit musical theatre sustainability. I've partnered with over a dozen artists and organizations as a creative producer, project manager, and operations lead.
All of it taught me the same thing: artists don't need more hustle. They need systems that serve the art. That's what we build together.
